Our story
GraceRock AI was founded to bring AI automation to small and medium enterprises. Large corporations had the budgets and teams to automate their back offices, while most SMEs were still doing the same work by hand.
We kept meeting talented South African business owners who spent hours on tasks software could do, from CCMA compliance headaches to manual invoicing and data entry, while growth opportunities waited. We started GraceRock AI to give those hours back.
Today we combine workflow automation with conversion tracking and advertising on Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok, so cost savings and new sales come from one team. Our team of experts, led by co-founders Dewaldt Huysamen and Jacques Papenfus, supports businesses with scope-based automation, CRM, conversion tracking and digital marketing implementation.
